At Falling Leaves Health, we're convinced that a small investment of time and money to care for your most important asset, your health, will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. We also accept auto insurance for injuries sustained in an automobile accident. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, a time of service discount is offered. Insurance
Your health insurance policy is a legal contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Our office will assist the patient with insurance explanations of benefits and billing. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
Self Pay
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, a time of service discount is offered. The patient is responsible for making payment at the time of service. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Auto Accidents
In the event of injuries sustained in an automobile collision, your insurance company may be billed directly in order for us to receive payment. However, any amount not covered by your insurance provider is the responsibility of the patient to pay. Payment arrangements must be made prior to any services rendered to prevent the accumulation of outstanding bills. Our knowledgeable team will help guide you in this process so you will know what to expect.
Medicare & Medicaid
Falling Leaves Health DOES NOT accept and/or participate in the Medicare/and or Medicaid system.
*Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, we require that you give us 24 hours notice. Missed appointment charges are assessed when you fail to give us the required notice based upon the amount of time reserved for your care.
